At LAXX, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

 Important:
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees can be expensive, and these costs are non-refundable.

No Free Returns

We do not offer free returns or exchanges. This includes:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-based returns (fit, style, colour expectations)

Size & Product Awareness

We provide:

  • Detailed size charts on every product page

  • Clear product images showing fit, style, and colour

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the size chart and product images and understand what you are purchasing. Returns due to sizing issues will still be accepted only if they meet our return conditions, but shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees and return shipping fees

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • You will be responsible for both return and re-shipping costs

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and assist accordingly.
